I understand that I need to be at least 21 years of age to work for Encore Events USA, LLC, and I also acknowledge that I am either a legal US Citizen or a resident with the proper credentials to work for Encore Events USA, LLC.
I understand that it is a policy of Encore Events USA, LLC to deduct up to $150 from my paycheck if I do not show up for a promotion or event that I have been booked for, unless I have given Encore Events USA, LLC sufficient advance notice. I also understand that it is a policy of Encore Events USA, LLC, to deduct from my expected compensation, in the event that I do not show up on-time to a promotion, or if I act in an unprofessional manner while I am working an event. I give Encore Events USA, LLC full rights to any and all promotional pictures and video that I appear on while representing the company in any manner.
